Christmas Past, New Year Blast

We are back and have lots to share. Feels like show and tell back in the good ol days of school.

Had to start with a picture of Phil's favourite flower, he loves seeing it on the backs of all the cars up here in NSW. NOT!!!! - but feel free to call him Frangipanni Phil if you feel so inclined!!!
This is how well Jason woke up on Christmas morning. Can't even show the photo of Craig, cause you wouldn't recognise him.
OK, here he is looking better after eating Christmas lunch and showing off his ball catching skills.
Jason is wearing his 'loud' shorts. Sharing a flat with Craig has had an obvious affect on him.

Mel came to celebrate Christmas with us. She's living and working in Brisbane and enjoying life.

The day after we returned from Brisbane my good friend Jill arrived for a holiday with us armed with her own pillow, all the better to sleep with.

Phil fired up the new 'got it for Christmas from the boys' barbeque. He's been spending quality time out with barbie each night. What more can I say!!!Skipper Phil at the helm of a barbeque boat we hired for an afternoon of fun with Phil's sister and family. Steady as she goes me hearties.

Annette is here pondering the joys have having a big brother who has managed to keep us afloat, I'm sure.

Chris is concentrating on cooking lunch for us all. Phil is still busy being skipper remember. :)

While others swim, spot pelicans, dolphins, fishermen and anything else in the way of our intrepid expedition.

Will post some more photos as Jill and I did rather a lot of touristy fun things while Phil was staying by the stuff and getting some work done. Phil has been busy both in ministry and working at the Funeral Home. He's just rung from the airport as he was flying out to the USA for this next week. He will be in Arizona for meetings with the pilot training program personel and then off to Sanford for meetings about data bases. Mmmm, doesn't sound much like fun, but someone has to do it. Wish he could have had a bag carrier go with him, but the mission funds can't stretch that far. Fair enough. I look forward to hearing all the news when he get home again.

Hi there.
We have read your blog, thanks.
We are off to Darwin in the morning, for training before we head off to Melville Island in a few weeks.
Been VERY busy here, getting ready.
All excited about the prospects of what might happen.
Our blog is at http://tiwassie.blogspot.com
Have a look.
We will use this one for general stuff and our web page for more detailed Christian stuff.
Lots of interest in wht we are doing form a variety of people, so I want to use the blog as a general (soft) evangelical tool.
Onya.
