you just love packing?!! Going away for a few days is fun, but packing is the pits. I’ve often thought about Di doing my packing for me, as she is organised and plans her outfits. As for me, oh, we are going in half an hour, I’d better chuck a few things into a case. Consequently, I end up with few wearable outfits and a lot of tag-a-longs that take up a huge amount of space.

As for me, oh, we are going in half an hour, I’d better chuck a few things into a case. Consequently, I end up with few wearable outfits and a lot of tag-a-longs that take up a huge amount of space. Not to worry. It’s all good as we prepare to go to Sydney tomorrow. Di and I have a meeting on Monday, she then flies to Tassie on Tuesday and I drive to Canberra for 2 days.
Di is looking forward to catching up with people, especially Scott and our granddaughter Hayley. I

feel a little deflated that I will be missing out. Things are going well for us. We enjoy the roles we have here and the people we get to work with. I spent a couple of hours this week at a funeral home where I may be picking up some casual hours too – if needed.
Had a visit this week from friends in Tassie – John and Gail Middleton – who are also with the mission. It was a blast to listen to Tassie happenings from people with a Tassie accent!!
This is whale-watching season up here. Di and I keep walking out to Perpendicular Point hoping to see the

Thought I’d keep this one short. Our boys are going well. We miss them heaps and hope to get together with all three in September.
