d that they do awkward better than anyone. The manager of the office has an ability to naturally create an awkward environment. For Di and I, we spent a day recently working through some strategic objectives for what we wanted to do and accomplish over the next few years while here at NTM. We decided that somewhere off the centre would work well as that would minimise interruptions. We found this average sort of location about 10 minutes away and decided to make it our office for the day. The only thing awkward about this environment was how to share it without ruining our integrity as poor suffering missionaries. So we decided to only post the photos that would not look so good. Okay, so we may have failed, but really, it was pretty ordinary - not!!!It has actually been fairly quiet after our great weekend wi
th Jason and Craig a couple of weeks ago. Days are filled with people and work, and our weekends are filled with rest and exploring. Our car broke down in Port last week and needed a new radiator and thermostat. That kept us at home for a few days, but it is going again now. Scott has been having car problems lately also, but hopefully will have them worked out this week.Di and I have both been a bit crook over this past weekend, and we are still laying low today. Just suffering with sinus infections and bad headaches, and of course, I have to say that I have been a lot worse than Di, but I’m tough and will manage through!!
We continue to appreciate the way that God meets our needs. We have been looked after in heaps of ways, through generous people and a beautiful environment. The nights have certainly cooled off, but we are still getting about 23-24 during the day. We love it.Sorry I didn’t get this blog done last week, but I was involved in meetings for most of the week, and was brain dead of an evening (doesn’t take much for me!!). Anyway, I’d better let you get on with your day. Di and I trust you enjoy it, and are blessed by it. See you next time.
Bye.
PS - for those of you who like to look at pikkies, here is a link to some recent explorations.
