It was great to have Ma (Phil's mum) and baby sister Janita come for a couple of days. Ma was escaping the Tassie cold for a few weeks I think, doing a family visit!

Ma spent a few days in Canberra visiting Annette, then a few days in Sydney with Janita.
Janita took some time off work to bring Ma up to Laurieton to visit us. They arrived about 7:30 Monday evening, and upon entering our driveway, the car broke down.
But that was okay, as I have a real way of locating mechanical problems - phone a friend!
A pin and clip had broken on the front brake caliper, but no damage was done to anything else, and was easily fixed by replacing the parts.

On the Tuesday, we had a bit of a look around the area. This was Janita's birthday, and we were glad to be able to spend the day with her and Ma showing off the area. We went to a koala park (not been there before) and saw heaps of stuff.

They left again Wednesday back to Sydney - arriving safely after the master mechanic replaced the broken bits! - and then headed to Canberra again at the weekend to visit with brother Andrew.

Loved having them here.
